This tutorial covers only debugging in <tt>C</tt> though totalview
supports as well debugging in C++ and Fortran.
<li>
All examples assume debugging sessions on one of the head nodes. This is
ok for small programs. For large applications or special requirements
different nodes should be used. There is the <tt>rhrk-launch</tt> script
with its options to enable sessions on a interactive node.
<li>
Totalview comes with a <tt>Replay Engine</tt> for <tt>Reverse
Debugging</tt>. This engine seems not to work.
<li>
Totalview provides some debugging for <tt>CUDA</tt> as well. Here we
recommend NVIDIA tools instead. These tools are currently not covered in
this tutorial.
<li>
The Commnad Line Interpreter (CLI) is not covered.
